Coaching

After the teaching, we move into live hot seat coaching. You’ll get the chance to bring your real challenges and get personalised feedback from an experienced coach. Whether it’s refining your messaging or getting some help with conquering the 'ick', this is where things get unstuck.

Community

FAQs

Do I have to take part in the group coaching sessions? No, you can choose not to, but you're probably not going to get the most out of this course. Each session will be facilitated by a professional coach (Ed) and you won't have to discuss anything you don't feel comfortable with.

When will the sessions run? Typically early afternoon UK time. Europe is an hour ahead, and the US a few hours behind. Contact us for more details on the dates you're interested in.

What if I can't make it to every session? Each session will be recorded and available afterwards. So you won't miss out on the core content (the coaching won't be recorded, so folks can be as open and honest as they want).

How many people will be in the group? It's a small, intimate cohort (max 10 participants) so you'll get tailored support.

How does the coaching work? The second half of each session will be dedicated to live coaching. This is your chance to bring a real challenge, question, or sticking point to the group. Everyone gets a turn over the course, so you’ll receive direct coaching in front of the group. Not only do you benefit from personalised support, but you’ll also learn from the experiences and solutions shared with others. But it’s never about putting anyone on the spot. The group is there to support you, and you'll probably find it reassuring to realise others are wrestling with the same challenges.
